MOSCOW, RUSSIA – OCTOBER 17, 2019 One of the most viral gore videos on the internet, which went viral under the name ‘Video 1444’. It captures the suicide of Korablev Gleb Vyacheslavovich, who shot himself in the head with a rifle during a live broadcast on the VKontakte social network.

Korablev was only 18 years old at the time of his suicide. He was a student at the prestigious Moscow Lyceum. No one knows what led him to commit suicide.
The recording of the live stream first circulated on the VKontakte social network. Later it was even uploaded to YouTube on the channel ‘YouTube GORE’ (now no longer exists), where the uploader named it 1444. Most likely to avoid the YouTube algorithms. Even though the video was deleted from YouTube in 3 days, more than 150 thousand people have seen it.
