SAO PAULO, BRAZIL – MARCH 27, 2023 A 13-year-old public school student named Thomazia Montoro in the largest Brazilian city of Sao Paulo attacked 71-year-old teacher Elisabete Tenreiro with a knife and injured 3 of his classmates. Elisabete survived the attack itself, but died a day later in hospital of cardiac arrest.

According to available information, the reason for the attack was the fact that the boy had a conflict with his classmate and the teacher tried to settle it.
Police discovered he had been searching the Internet for a firearm. Fortunately, he didn’t succeed.
