HANAMKONDA, TELANGANA, INDIA – OCTOBER 25, 2025 Seven-year-old girl from Hanamkonda in Telangana was seriously injured after being attacked by a pack of stray dogs on the street. Security camera footage shows the girl walking along the road, where she is gradually surrounded and attacked by several dogs. Fortunately, a passerby intervened and scared the dogs away, and Sreeja was taken to the hospital.
Local residents have criticized municipal authorities for failing to control the stray dog problem. The video of the attack has quickly circulated on social media, reigniting the debate over safety in residential areas and measures to manage stray dogs.
