Armed robber received punishment under favela law

BRAZIL Guy tried to commit an armed robbery in a favela controlled by a gang. Definitely not a good idea. He was caught and punished by an angry crowd – beaten badly. He will then be handed over to the local gangsters, who will decide what happens to him. It cannot be ruled out that he may be executed.
