SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL – SEPTEMBER 9, 2025 On Rua dos Vianas in São Bernardo do Campo, in the metropolitan area of São Paulo, a fatal collision occurred between a pedestrian and a bus. The victim was a 30-year-old woman identified only as Ariana. The bus ran over her head, completely crushing it and partially severing it from the rest of her body. She died at the scene.

The bus driver stopped immediately and fully cooperated with the police. A breathalyzer test was administered and came back negative for alcohol. According to witnesses, Ariana was at fault, as she was crossing the street carelessly.
