However, he did not realize that the tree was already dead and its trunk wood could be brittle or rotten. The trunk broke under him, and he fell headfirst from several feet. He broke his neck on impact and died on the spot.
While on vacation, be cautious of what is known as “vacation brain.” This is a mental state where a person is detached from everyday reality and takes things more lightly, including risk assessment. Always be aware of the potential consequences of your actions, even while on vacation, whether it involves unprotected sex, engaging in risky activities, or using drugs.
