LAO BẢO, QUẢNG TRỊ, VIETNAM – SEPTEMBER 17, 2025 Tragic accident occurred at the Tân Long produce market. A speeding truck struck three vendors standing at the edge of the road, continued forward, and finally stopped after crashing into one of the market kiosks. The truck was operated by the company Thành Của and driven by 52-year-old Trần Minh Hoàng. His passenger, 48-year-old Võ Nhật Trường, was also in the vehicle. They were heading to Laos. Both are currently under police investigation.
