BALOCHISTAN, PAKISTAN – SEPTEMBER 5, 2025 Several Baloch separatists from the Baloch Liberation Army carried out an armed attack on two Pakistani militia members. They tried to escape on a motorcycle, but were unfortunately hit by bullets. One of the separatists recorded the entire operation on video.
The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) operates in Balochistan, a region spanning Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan. They fight for Balochistan’s independence and the creation of a new state called Baloch. The United States and the European Union classify this organization as terrorist due to their combat methods. They sabotage both civilian and military infrastructure, carry out assassinations, and conduct kidnappings.
