Guy caught stealing in gang-controlled area

BRAZIL Man was caught stealing in an area controlled by the notorious gang Comando Vermelho (CV). In such areas, the country’s laws don’t apply, only the gang’s laws, which usually involve harsh, exemplary, and physical punishments. In this case, they almost hacked his entire hand, leaving it hanging by a small piece of tissue, while threatening him with a gun. If he’s caught again, he will likely face a bullet.
