Phone thief hit and run over by car

Fleeing man ran directly into the path of a fast-moving car. The driver had virtually no chance to react and avoid the collision. The man was hit and run over, which led to his death. It was later revealed that he was the thief of a mobile phone who was fleeing the scene of the crime.
