NEW DEHLI, INDIA Woman failed to properly control her dog, a Pitbull, which unexpectedly attacked a child on the street. Although the attack was quickly stopped, the boy was injured and had to be hospitalized. The Pitbull tore off his entire ear. The incident was captured on a security camera.
Dog owners often believe their pet is the friendliest and would never do anything like this. However, a loud noise or sudden movement can easily scare a dog and trigger an attack. In some countries, it is mandatory to walk dogs with a muzzle in public, and this rule should ideally be followed everywhere.
