CHAD Man tried to celebrate his brother’s wedding by firing an AK-47 into the air. However, the recoil caused the weapon to jerk, and he accidentally shot his brother multiple times. Tragically, his brother later died from the injuries.
Celebratory gunfire isn’t as common in Chad as in parts of India or the Middle East. However, due to long-term political instability and conflicts, firearms are widely accessible, making accidents from careless handling relatively frequent.
