Moped rider dies after collision with police car

MOSCOW, RUSSIA Moped driver, likely a food courier, violated traffic rules by entering a pedestrian crossing. The police officers, speeding with sirens on, could not possibly have anticipated this and struck him. The rider was thrown into the air and was declared dead upon the arrival of emergency services.
