MYANMAR (BURMA) Members of Myanmar’s military junta showed no mercy to their four captives from the opposition Pa-O National Liberation Army. They lined them up side by side with their hands tied behind their backs and executed them with several bursts from an automatic rifle.
Unfortunately, this is one of many videos from Myanmar documenting war crimes and human suffering that take place there on an almost daily basis. Myanmar has been in a state of civil war practically since its founding. The conflict escalated significantly in February 2021, when the military junta overthrew the government and violently suppressed protests.
