Motorcyclist died in collision with car at intersection

BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA – JANUARY 30, 2026 In the Fontibón district, near Modelia, a serious traffic accident occurred, resulting in the death of a motorcyclist. The motorcycle was struck in the middle of an intersection by a fast-moving Ford SUV. Bystanders gathered around the body, realizing that first aid would be futile, and covered it with a cloth until the arrival of a doctor, who confirmed the death.

CCTV footage shows that there were two people on the motorcycle. No information is available about the condition of the second person. The accident is still under police investigation.
