SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA – AUGUST 4, 2025 Dead body of a young woman was found in a wooded area near the Angkor Wat Buddhist temple. She was hanging from a tree by a piece of a scarf. Police stated that the victim was 23 years old. She allegedly told her family that she was going for a run and never returned home. The motive for her suicide remains unknown.
