WANAKERTA, WEST JAVA, INDONESIA – JUNE 2, 2017 34-year-old Herdi Firmansyah has been fighting a huge tumor in the area of his right eye since the age of three months. Although doctors have tried to remove the tumor five times, it has always grown back and continues to grow. It is now gradually spreading to other parts of his body, such as his back, arms, abdomen, chest, and feet. The disease has partially taken Herdi’s eyesight, and at the same time he has to deal daily with disgusted looks from passersby who are repulsed by his appearance.
