Young woman fighting for life after collision with truck

SAN LORENZO, HONDURAS Young couple riding a motorcycle crashed head-on into a truck at high speed. While the man suffered fatal head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, his girlfriend survived but remains in critical condition. Footage shows her fighting for her life after the crash. Locals are seen placing her onto the back of a pickup truck in order to get her to the hospital as quickly as possible.
