SURABAYA, EAST JAVA, INDONESIA – APRIL 19, 2026 Tragic incident happened at a railroad crossing on Jalan Stasiun Wonokromo Street in the Jagir area of Surabaya. An unidentified woman decided to take her own life and stepped onto the tracks in front of an oncoming train. She suffered injuries incompatible with life, as the train literally tore her in half. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
