RUSSIA Drug-addicted man allegedly stole drugs from dealers. While he may have satisfied his addiction in the short term, he clearly did not think about the long-term consequences. They tracked him down, dragged him to a remote location, and punished him painfully. They forced him to strip naked and shove a sock into his anus. On top of that, they beat him and covered him in paint.
