TEREZÓPOLIS DE GOIÁS, GOIÁS, BRAZIL – MAY 12, 2026 Tragic workplace accident occurred on the BR-060 road near the city of Terezópolis de Goiás. During road maintenance, a 65-year-old worker, Adair Moreira, known by the nickname “Dairão”, died there.

According to available information, the man was working with his truck for a company responsible for road repairs. At a certain moment, however, the operator of the road roller overlooked him and the machine ran him over. The man suffered fatal injuries and died directly at the scene. The case is now being investigated by authorities, who are examining the circumstances of the accident as well as possible violations of safety regulations.
