Forklift driver kills woman in workplace accident

Security camera footage captured a fatal workplace accident in which a female employee was killed. The woman had climbed onto the back of a flatbed truck to inspect the cargo. While she was concealed behind the load, a forklift operator approached and attempted to move it without realizing she was there. The load was knocked over, crushing the woman underneath. She died at the scene.
