Russian soldiers execute two captured Ukrainians

UKRAINE Drone footage captured a possible war crime committed by Russian soldiers in Ukraine. They cold-bloodedly executed two surrendering Ukrainian opponents. The Geneva Conventions explicitly prohibit such conduct.
