FEIRA DE SANTANA, BAHIA, BRASIL – JUNE 15, 2026 Targeted murder occurred of a man identified only as Matheus. The attack took place in the afternoon inside an auto repair shop in the Queimadinha neighborhood, where the victim was present at the time of the incident.
According to security camera footage, three armed men arrived at the scene in a black vehicle. After stopping the car, the attackers got out and headed directly toward Matheus. Without any hesitation, they fired several shots at him. The man suffered multiple gunshot wounds and collapsed after being hit.
The brutal attack caused a major commotion among local residents. After the shooting, the area was cordoned off so that investigators could examine the crime scene and secure evidence. The victim’s body was subsequently taken for a forensic autopsy.
The case is now being investigated by the homicide department in Feira de Santana. Police are trying to identify all perpetrators and determine the motive for the murder, which remains unknown.
