JULY 10, 2026 Unspecified disease caused his balls to become so large that they significantly limit his mobility. Because of the extreme enlargement, he has difficulty walking and performing everyday activities.
The exact cause of his medical condition has not been disclosed. However, similar cases can be caused by a large hydrocele (a buildup of fluid around the testicle), lymphedema, also known as scrotal elephantiasis, a large inguinal hernia extending into the scrotum, or, more rarely, tumors or chronic inflammation. In all of these cases, the scrotum can become so enlarged that it severely interferes with walking and everyday life.
