HUAXIAN COUNTY, HENAN PROVINCE, CHINA – AUGUST 11, 2026 Random passersby noticed fresh bloody traces on a road that ran alongside a cornfield. Curiosity forced them to stop and investigate the area. It did not take long before they found the body of a young woman in that field. She had numerous stab and cut wounds on her body. The police were called to the scene and are currently intensively investigating the murder.

According to unofficial information spreading on the Chinese social network WeChat, the victim was murdered by her younger sister, who is mentally ill. However, she allegedly had her reasons for the attack, as her older sister had reportedly bullied her throughout her entire life.
