SUMBE, ANGOLA – AUGUST 3, 2026 At least 22 people died in a tragic traffic accident. A long-distance bus on the EN-100 highway collided in the early morning hours with a three-wheeled vehicle carrying fuel containers. Following the powerful impact, the fuel caught fire, and the resulting blaze engulfed both vehicles.
According to available information, 18 bus passengers and four people from the three-wheeled vehicle were killed. Other people were injured, and several seriously burned victims were airlifted to a hospital in Luanda.
