VIETNAM – SEPTEMBER 19, 2026 Man suffered severe injuries while improperly using a handheld cutter, which caused a deep cut to his neck. He began bleeding profusely almost immediately and collapsed within seconds. He died from massive blood loss before emergency responders could reach him. The incident was caught on CCTV.
A severe neck injury with heavy bleeding requires immediate action. Emergency services should be contacted at once, and firm, continuous pressure should be applied to the wound using clean gauze or cloth while waiting for help. If blood soaks through the dressing, more material should be placed over it without removing the original layer. The injured person should be kept still and warm until paramedics arrive.
