His brain fell to the ground during transport

BRAZIL – FEBRUARY, 2024 The two gangsters involved in the shootout with police were taken to hospital in the back of a police pick-up truck. Both of them were shot in the head. One of them can still be seen twitching his body postmortem. The other man’s cranial cavity was completely open and his eye had fallen out of its socket. As he was being loaded onto a hospital gurney, his brain fell out and onto the ground.
