SANTA MONICA, PALAWAN, PHILIPPINES – AUGUST 22, 2017 The body of a young girl was found in the bushes near the road. Police were able to identify her as 18-year-old Haziel Joy Estrella Dayday. She was a student at the local Palawan State University (PSU).

The motive for the murder could not be clarified. Based on the photos, it can be noticed that her pants belt is loose. A sexual motive is highly probable.
