CJNG cartel member eats his victim

MEXICO The brutality of drug cartel videos knows no bounds. The footage shows a man – a member of the infamous CJNG cartel – eating a cut piece of flesh from another man he had previously executed. This is probably a member of their enemy cartel and the purpose of the video is to instill fear.
