Brazilian motorcyclist sent into coma by van

BRAZIL – MARCH 27, 2024 Driver of a classic Volkswagen van failed to obey traffic signs, running through an intersection without stopping or yielding the right of way to an oncoming motorcyclist. The resulting crash violently threw the rider several feet through the air, leaving him with a severe head injury. According to reports, he spent several weeks in a coma. Still, many consider it a miracle that he survived at all.
