MANGALURU, KARNATAKA, INDIA – MAY 1, 2025 Suhas Shetty, a well-known controversial activist and member of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) organization, was brutally murdered by a group of attackers in Mangaluru. He was traveling in a vehicle with other people. The attackers were in two cars and forced them to stop. Using machetes and other weapons, they seriously injured Suhas. Despite quick medical attention, he died during the journey to the hospital.
