Man electrocuted while climbing pole

HORTOLÂNDIA, SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL – MAY 6, 2025 Residents of the São Sebastião neighborhood witnessed a shocking incident that ended in serious injury. A 34-year-old man climbed an electric utility pole in the early hours of the morning for unclear reasons. He was electrocuted and fell down from the pole. Firefighters provided him with first aid, and he was taken to the Mário Covas hospital, where he remains hospitalized in critical condition to this day.
