Consequences of shotgun blast

During a shootout, a young gang member took a shotgun blast to the arm. His fellow gang members rushed to help, cleaning the wound and carefully extracting the pellets. As serious as it looks, he’s actually fortunate – a hit to the chest, head, or abdomen could have been fatal.
