SAN PEDRO DEL NORTE, BOCANA DE PAIWAS, NICARAGUA – APRIL 27, 2025 At the El Eclipse bar, a drunken fight escalated into the murder of one of the patrons. The entire incident was recorded by a security camera.
According to witnesses, 40-year-old Francisco Javier Rivera Hernández and Alejandro Soto were drinking together as friends at the same table. Suddenly, they started arguing, which quickly turned into a physical altercation. At that moment, Soto pulled out a pistol and shot Francisco directly in the head.
Francisco collapsed, lying dead on the floor in a pool of blood with no chance of rescue. Alejandro tried to flee the scene but was soon apprehended by the police and will face murder charges.
