LABO, CAMARINES NORTE, PHILIPPINES – JULY 16, 2025 At an intersection, a fast-moving ambulance struck a tricycle carrying three passengers – two women and a little girl. Unfortunately, all four people, including the driver, died at the scene. CCTV footage shows that the tricycle driver was at fault for failing to yield to the ambulance.
