UDAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, INDIA – JULY 22, 2025 Fatal accident occurred in the Dabok area in front of the Modi Chemical factory. A 40-year-old truck driver, Ramlal Gadari, parked his truck at the factory entrance to deliver goods. After unloading the cargo, he climbed onto the trailer to secure the tarp. During this, he unfortunately touched a high-voltage wire with his head, which ran dangerously close above the loading area. Gadari collapsed and was declared dead at the scene.
His death sparked outrage among local residents. They gathered at the accident site and protested, demanding that someone be held accountable for the accident. The protest became so tense at times that security forces had to be called in to maintain public order.
