CHINA Video shows the aftermath of a collision between a car and a scooter carrying a married couple. Both victims tragically did not survive the accident.
What’s even more shocking is the reaction of bystanders – they choose to record the scene and criticize the driver instead of offering first aid. This is a clear example of what not to do. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, set emotions aside and provide first aid to the victims. Just because a victim isn’t moving doesn’t mean they’re dead or that you shouldn’t try to help.
