Armed suspect paralyzed by non-lethal weapon

NEW ORLEANS, USA Armed suspect barricaded himself inside a convenience store, where he threatened responding police officers with a firearm. They used a non-lethal rubber projectile to neutralize him. After being hit, the suspect immediately fell to the ground, dropped the weapon, and could be detained without any loss of life.
