PHUKET, THAILAND – DECEMBER 11, 2025 Incident occurred at the Cappadocia restaurant in the Karon area on the well-known Thai island of Phuket. The Australian tourist entered around 10:30 PM and was visibly agitated, according to the staff. Suddenly, he jumped and ran headfirst into the glass doors, breaking through them.
The glass shards caused severe bleeding from his right leg, severing one of the main arteries. Shocked witnesses immediately called an ambulance, which took him to Chalong Hospital. However, he was pronounced dead shortly after due to massive blood loss.
Police stated that an investigation is underway to determine the circumstances that led to his unpredictable behavior before the incident.
