SALVADOR, BAHIA, BRAZIL – FEBRUARY 5, 2026 Brutal accident between a motorcyclist and a bus occurred in the Pinicão area between the Cajazeiras V and Cajazeiras 8 neighborhoods. The man on the motorcycle, who worked as an app-based courier, suddenly lost control of his bike and fell directly under an oncoming bus.
He was run over and suffered severe injuries. Among other things, the bus literally crushed his intestines out of his abdomen. He died before the ambulance arrived. Several bystanders recorded the last moments of his life on video.
According to witnesses, the accident occurred on a hill that local residents and drivers consider dangerous. The road is narrow, two-way, and has a history of frequent accidents, especially during rush hour.
