ZAMFARA STATE, NIGERIA Terrorists from the notorious Boko Haram organization carried out an armed attack on government forces. Unfortunately, the attack was successful, and they managed to kill several dozen soldiers. A video was recorded by one of the Boko Haram members, who walks over the dead bodies of the soldiers while triumphantly filming them.
The situation in the Nigerian state of Zamfara is currently very dire. The state is among the most affected by violence stemming from the presence of terrorist groups, extremist militias, and criminal gangs. In addition to Boko Haram, the African branch of ISIS also operates there. The civilian population suffers the most. Schools and markets are regularly targeted in various attacks, disrupting normal life and education.
