Car theft didn’t go according to plan for him

BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA Man was caught in the act of attempting to steal someone’s car in the Las Ferias neighborhood, in the Engativá district. The car owner alerted the community, which performed a citizen’s arrest of the thief. Before the police arrived at the scene, he was kicked and beaten.
