PUEBLO VIEJO, LOS RÍOS, ECUADOR – JUNE, 2025 Drug cartel operating in the Los Ríos region beheaded their captive, who they had previously executed with a machete. They threw his head onto San Juan Street in the city of Pueblo Viejo along with two warning leaflets.
