CUPIRA, PERNAMBUCO, BRAZIL – JANUARY 22, 2026 Man broke into the house of his former partner to discuss the end of their relationship in hopes of reconciliation. Instead, he caught her in bed having sex with her new boyfriend, Marcelo José da Silva. In a fit of jealousy, he began beating him so violently that he died on the spot.
In an attempt to get rid of the corpse, he threw him over his shoulder and dragged him through the city streets completely naked. The sight outraged local residents, who filmed it and called the police. Before the police arrived, however, he threw the corpse off a bridge and fled. He is currently still on the run.
