Chili powder used as weapon

MODINAGAR, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA – DECEMBER 3, 2025 Attacker with a knife used chili powder to blind his victim. He threw it into his face and then stabbed him to death. The incident was recorded by a security camera. The exact motive is unknown.
