CJNG mass executes 17 people on street

SAN JOSE DE GRACIA MICHOACAN, MEXICO Members of a notorious drug cartel CJNG execute 17 of their captives on the street. The video was taken by a bystander who witnessed the incident. In some areas of Mexico, the cartel has so much power and authority that they are not afraid to do something like this in public.
