Death on zipline

CEARÁ, BRAZIL The victim of this accident was a 39-year-old man named Sergio Murilo. He was just halfway down the route when the entire structure suddenly collapsed. He died on the way to the hospital from a serious brain injury. The family accused the zipline company of gross violations of safety rules. The whole structure was made of wood, and the pillars were insufficiently buried in the sand.
