91-year-old patient suffering from senile dementia came to the emergency department of the hospital accompanied by her caregiver. She had an ugly-looking deep wound on her hand without odor or pus. It was found that the patient had hit her hand on something three weeks ago, which caused a three-week-lasting hematoma that left behind this crater.
